In 2018, After my 1st 101 class, I was able to pay off the last entire year of my car loan plus 3 credit cards total of 9k in one payment.
With the help of 101 system and guidance of multiple instructors,I was debt free. Fast forward to 2021-during COVID time, me and my whole family finally moved out of that studio after renting it out for 13years. We were able to save enough for our down payment and closing costs, pursue our first property that has a studio as well that allows us to have rental income.
After 3 years, we brought our mortgage down by $122k. Being inspired by my fellow instructors, we have invested into real estate and working on our way to our 2nd property. Im glad to say that now, I can travel and check off my bucket list “guilt free”having peace of mind- knowing my budget is in good standing.

Why I Decided to Become an Instructor
I can still remember the feeling of being down, overwhelmed, and anxious about my financial situation before 101. My instructor is such a blessing in disguise- She came at the right time, always there when I needed her. I am doing fine as a student and learning what the program has to offer, however, I found out that If I become an instructor, there is so much more to learn, much more opportunities, and tools that will be a huge part of my success in the future. Not to mention- I wanted to master a system that will be able to bless anyone who may need it.
